Adjacent to the living area, the dining room can comfortably seat eight people and looks out to the hills behind through more french doors.

Bedrooms:
Casa Raposeira has 4 large bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. Bedrooms one and four have double beds, bedrooms two and three are equipped with twin beds.
The two first floor bedrooms have balconies with superb views of the sea and countryside.

Bathrooms:
With 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite), Casa Raposeira has 3 shower rooms and 1 family bathroom.

Kitchen:
The kitchen houses a fully equipped preparation area, including an electric oven and hob, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and fresh juicer.
The kitchen is adjacent to the open plan living areas and leads through to the garden which has a built in BBQ on the terrace next to the pool.

Garden:
The house is set in a two acre site, half an acre of which is landscaped with mature shrubs and trees. Casa Raposeria boasts a 9m x 5m swimming pool
within the terracing that surrounds the house. There is a lawned area and a garden area with stunning agave, aloe vera and climbing bougainvillea.
The remaining scrub land has paths leading through providing a great place to explore! The pool and terrace area have recliners, parasols and patio furniture.

Casa Raposeira has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Linen and bath towels are provided and changed weekly. There is an additional maid service
during the middle of the week.
