Living Room:

The living room has an open plan feel with a stone fire place and french doors to the garden. The kitchen and dining room lead off the living room. The house has WiFi and a TV many channels. It also has a DVD player, a HI-FI and a large number of books.

Dining Room:
Adjacent to the living area, the dining room comfortably seats eight people and looks out to the hills behind through the french windows. You will probably use the attractive seating area outside so the dining room can be used for computers/games etc... You will find lots of childrens games in the dining room dresser..

Kitchen:
The well appointed kitchen has a preparation area with an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and juicer. The kitchen leads off the living area and leads through to the garden where there is a sheltered eating area BBQ by the pool.

Bedrooms:
Casa Raposeira has four bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes. Bedrooms one and four have double beds, bedrooms two and three have twin beds. The downstairs twin can be converted into a large double if required. The two first floor bedrooms have balconies with wonderful views down to the sea and surrounding hills.

Bathrooms:
With 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite), Casa Raposeira has 3 shower rooms and 1 family bathroom.

Garden:
Two acre garden is possibly the best feature of the property. The landscaped part provides ample lawn for playing games on, the rest is scrubland and very appealing for children to explore. There is a 9 x 5 meter swimming pool and a well equipped pool room with games, parasols and inflatables underneath. The drive is lined with attractive rows of oleanderwhich borders the orchard. You will find agave, aloe vera and stunning bougainvillea in the garden, the heavy scent around the pool comes from the jasmine climbing up hte balustrades.

Utility Room:
The utility room has a washing machine and there is an iron and ironing board in the villa. Linen and bath towels are provided and changed weekly. The villa is cleaned once a week, but extra cleaning may be requested.
